Now is the time to put on your hand gloves and prepare a tasty treat. These ginger oat biscuits are reminiscent of those made by Grandma, and they taste just as excellent. Each batch yields many cookies, making them ideal Christmas gifts.

Ginger oat biscuits suggestion

If there’s one thing to keep in mind, it’s that you shouldn’t use too much golden syrup. This won’t add any flavour, but it might ruin the texture of your biscuits. When scooping, use a little ice cream scoop and avoid flattening the cookies for the best results. Sprinkle some seeds or chopped nuts on top of your cookies. The delicious biscuits are enhanced by the addition of ginger.

Try these ginger oat biscuits if you’re a baker looking for something new and different. These tasty golden snacks are perfect with a cup of tea.
