After the unprovoked assault at Jackson Avenue station about 4:45 p.m., the man, who was seen wearing a backwards baseball cap and a white tank top, is still wanted by the NYPD.
The footage shows an unknown suspect approaching the 52-year-old woman from behind, grabbing her with both hands, and throwing her into the train tracks.
Fortunately, no train was arriving as the victim hit the platform and fell onto the tracks.
The woman, who had a broken collar bone and injuries all over her body, was promptly picked up by bystanders.
She was transferred to Lincoln Hospital and her condition is stable.
