Andrey Komaritsky, 46, is suspected of raping the girl and attempting to kill her by tossing her out of a second-floor window for his role in the scheme. He is being charged with both crimes.
Veronika Khomchuk, the girl’s 28-year-old girlfriend, is charged with abducting the minor by enticing her to her apartment under false pretences, where the alleged vicious assault took place.
The girl, who was taken to a hospital, is reportedly struggling for her life and is still in a “grave condition,” according to local sources from the isolated Russian Kuril islands north of Japan.
