In horrifyingly documented abuse sessions that lasted for six years, an eight-year-old child was raped and coerced into using drugs by her own mother and a wicked stepfather.
As her victim abuse statement was read in Palmerston North District Court in New Zealand, the anonymous child sat there.
The girl’s mother and stepfather each received sentences of 12 1/2 and 17 years in prison.
The youngster was allegedly made into a sexual “slave” by her mother in 2014, when she was only eight years old, for the’sexual enjoyment’ of her lover.
In a tragic epilogue, the daughter pledged to support her mother, thinking that she, too, was a victim of the man’s manipulation.
“I adore my mother, and I will stand by her side while she travels… She said in court that “that guy does not even deserve my presence today.”
“You exploited your parental authority… You battered, raped, and broke me. I ought to have been your little daughter.
The assault was deemed “the most severe of all sexual violation cases,” according to High Court Justice David Kendall, and her evidence was “chilling and traumatic.”
He stated that the offence was extremely planned and took advantage of the victim’s helplessness when he sentenced the mother to 12 years and 6 months in prison and the stepfather to 17 years.
The girl’s mother first pushed her to participate in activities she referred to as “playtime” and “cuddles” sessions, during which she demonstrated how to get her partner’s penis erect.
The torture increased over time to horrifying new heights.
The youngster was reportedly subjected to oral sex on both her mother and stepfather as well as numerous sexual assaults by her stepfather.
Additionally, she was covered in lingerie and had filthy phrases tattooed on her body.
She was given a collar around her neck and told to address her stepfather as “master.”
The abuse sessions, which often lasted an hour, were videotaped.
The youngster continued to have terrible aftereffects from the assault, the court heard, and she was now wary of speaking to any males because they “represent violence.”
The mother was “very traumatised,” according to Justice Kendall, and it’s conceivable that she wouldn’t have offended if her partner hadn’t been there.
The mother and stepfather were accused with eight counts of giving the youngster methamphetamine, among other things.
14 hours of video and 91 still pictures of the abuse were discovered by the police when they searched the couple’s house.
Eight counts of rape, five counts of engaging in sexual activity with a juvenile outside of New Zealand, sixteen counts of creating an offensive publication, fifteen counts of engaging in sexual activity, and two counts of possessing objectionable material were among the additional charges.
According to the mother’s attorney Simon Hewson, his client acknowledged the harm her actions caused to her kid.
Paul Murray, the stepfather’s attorney, argued that the court should consider his client’s history of sexual abuse by a male relative, which resulted in a life of drug misuse and sexual vice.
