Prince Harry will be attending the coronation of his father, King Charles III, but Meghan Markle and their children will not.

The couple received an invitation from His Majesty’s office, but the invitation did not mention Archie, 3, or Lilibet, 1, and it is understood that only Harry will be attending the ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

The Royal Family wants all attendees to show a united front after a turbulent past, but 30% of the public believe that Harry should not be invited after his controversies with his autobiography and recent TV interviews.

The coronation is scheduled for May 6, and Buckingham Palace has said that the service, conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury, will reflect the monarch’s role today and look towards the future while being rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry.

The pair were famously evicted from their UK residence of Frogmore Cottage earlier this year after the release of Harry’s autobiography Spare and the Netflix series.

However, the King has offered them their former home for their stay during the Coronation if they wish to come.

It is interesting to see that only Harry will be attending the coronation and that Meghan and their children were not invited.

This decision could be seen as another indication of the ongoing rift between the couple and the Royal Family.

However, the King’s offer for the couple to stay at Frogmore Cottage shows that there may still be some level of support from the monarchy for Harry and Meghan.

It is also notable that the public is divided on whether Harry should be invited to the coronation after his recent controversies, highlighting the challenges the Royal Family faces in managing its public image and relationships with its members.
