Ingredients

  • 6 chicken pieces

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

  • 1 tin pineapple chunks

  • 1 tbsp. Maizena

  • flour

Method

  • Dust the chicken pieces with flour and fry in hot oil.
  • Finely chop onion and fry in casserole pot until tender.
  • Add the pineapple chunks and the liquid, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken back into the pot with the liquid.
  • Mix the corn flour with a bit of water and pour into the pot. Simmer gently for 20-30 minutes.
