Katie Price faces court again over £3.2million debt

Katie Price is back in court today to repay a £3.2 million debt, only weeks before she faces jail time for violating a restraining order against her ex-new boyfriend’s lover.

According to The Sun, the 44-year-old glamour model is listed on the Royal Courts of Justice’s website today.

Despite being forced to pay millions of pounds in debts accrued by her company Jordan Trading Ltd, the mother-of-five is currently facing an investigation into how she funds her ‘luxury lifestyle.’

Price, who was declared bankrupt in 2019 and forced to pay £12,000 a month to satisfy her debts, was said to have ‘not been engaging completely in paying creditors’ earlier this year, according to a source.

It comes after she was threatened with jail last month after pleading guilty to violating a restraining order by calling ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée a “gutter s**g.”

It’s unclear whether she’ll show up for today’s debt repayment court, which is scheduled for 10.30 a.m.

The investigation comes while she is reportedly making hundreds of thousands of pounds in brand deals and £45,000 for her Channel 4 show Mucky Mansion.
