Katie Price escapes jail again as court hearing gave mystery 11th hour reprieve

Katie Price has avoided jail for the third time after her bankruptcy court case was postponed at the eleventh hour.

The former model was scheduled to appear before a judge at the Royal Court of Justice to explain why she has not paid creditors millions of dollars.

However, the hearing was postponed at the last minute, with her lawyers providing no explanation for the 43-year-failure old’s to appear in court.

Her lawyers, JMW Solicitors, declined to comment, while a spokeswoman for the Royal Court of Justice said the matter had been ‘vacated,’ with a new date for a hearing to be set.

The mother of five, who is already facing a jail sentence for violating a restraining order, has successfully avoided coming before a bankruptcy judge for the third time.

Price promised to pay off a’substantial sum’ of money owed, and a November 2021 hearing was postponed until February, with creditors told Price had agreed to pay off a’substantial sum’ of money outstanding.
