The former glamour model, Katie Price, had booked her holiday before a court appearance which could have ended with her being put behind bars after admitting the breach when she sent a text to Kieran Hayler

After appearing in court for violating the terms of a restraining order by sending an offensive text about her ex-fiancée, husband’s Katie Price was seen leaving for a vacation in Thailand.

The former beauty model made the reservation for the trip before going to court, where she would have been sentenced to prison for admitting to the breach when she texted Kieran Hayler to call Michelle Penticost a “gutter s**g.”

The 44-year-old, who has previously received nine driving convictions and must appear in court again due to her bankruptcy, was instead assigned 170 hours of unpaid work.

Only a few days later, she embarked on her journey to Southeast Asia, where she will spend two weeks with her fiancé Carl Woods and spend tonight in a “plush Thai hotel.”

She was spotted at the airport today wearing a casual pink hoodie, black leggings, pink sneakers, and a face visor, while her 33-year-old fiancée was dragging their luggage in preparation for their departure from the country.

It follows a report in The Sun that Price had booked the vacation “weeks ago” because she was “super-confident” she would avoid going to jail for breaking the restraining order.

Katie Price (pictured arriving at court today with Carl Woods) avoided jail again today, as she walked free from court after claiming she 'misunderstood' the rules of a restraining order when she sent a 'vile and nasty' message about her ex-husband's fiancee

It’s shameful, to be honest, the insider stated. She has repeatedly demonstrated her lack of respect for the legal system, and this is just the most recent instance. She is making fun of our legal system.

She was accused of speeding and neglecting to give the police information, therefore her legal issues are still ongoing. A case involving her will be heard at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on July 5.

Just 11 days before she crashed her car in September of last year, the troubled actress was allegedly caught speeding over the 60 mph speed limit in a BMW near her filthy property in Horsham, West Sussex.

The case will now be handled in accordance with the “single justice procedure,” which enables adults accused with summary-only offenses that don’t carry a jail sentence to have their cases handled remotely by a magistrate.

It indicates that the case could result in a fine, points on Price’s license, and/or a driving prohibition. The technique prevents jailing her.

Price checked herself into the Priory for recovery, which costs up to £7,000 a week, to escape going to jail for the drug- and alcohol-fueled accident in September. She has received a total of six driving prohibitions.

a single magistrate who can handle a case without having to be present in the courtroom where it is listed.

After admitting to breaking a restraining order by sending the message to Mr. Hayler, Price appeared in court yesterday to find out her fate.

The model, who attended in all-green, was barred from speaking with Miss Penticost directly or indirectly for five years in June 2019. When challenged about the possibility of a prison sentence, the model was overheard telling a reporter to “suck my d**k.”

This happened when she yelled a derogatory “tirade of abuse” at her during a fight on the schoolyard.

Tell your c***ing w***e piece of s**t girlfriend not to start on me, the message said.

‘She has a restraining order, so she shouldn’t attempt to rile me up because she is in violation, and I’m sure she doesn’t want people finding out that she was having an affair with you behind my back,’ she said. That s**g in the gutter.

The use of the phrase “inform your” by Price in an oblique attempt to contact Penticost was what the court heard caused the offense to be committed.

It was also claimed that Miss Penticost’s Instagram post, which she denies was directed towards Price, may have served as the catalyst for her communication to Mr. Hayler.

However, Price was informed today at Lewes Crown Court that she will serve 170 hours of community service and pay £1,500 in costs instead of going to jail.

“In my opinion, this offence was committed out of rage,” Judge Stephen Mooney told Price.

“The breach cannot be regarded as insignificant. The remarks you used were extremely insulting and inflammatory.

According to my assessment, weighing the aggravating and mitigating circumstances, a medium-level community order is the proper punishment.

Price did not express any emotion when the verdict was read, but she did smile briefly as she departed the dock.

In the courtroom audience, her fiancé Carl Woods, 34, exhaled a sigh of relief and cupped his head in his hands.

Mr. Hayler and Miss Penticost expressed their disappointment with the outcome of today’s court session this morning in a statement following the decision.

Given the gravity of Miss Price’s offense, “We believe a jail sentence would have communicated the correct message to the public.”

In a victim impact statement read earlier in the hearing, Miss Penticost described how Price’s violation of the restraining order had a “devastating effect” on her mental health.

“What Katie has done has had a really unpleasant effect on me; I feel scared and intimidated,” she added.

“I’m feeling down and don’t want to go out.” I was alarmed by the words used. I perceived it as an assault on me.

The results are that I fear she will attack me. I believed that obtaining a restraining order would make me feel safe, but its violation has left me feeling extremely exposed.

Price’s attorney, Nicholas Hamblin, stated that although his client had admitted to the violation, she had believed the restraining order “operated both ways” and had been mistaken.

“She has showed signals of regret, she accepts an indirect breach,” he continued.

Mr. Hamblin claimed that Price had visited the Priory Clinic for assistance with her emotional issues.

“Miss Price is learning to manage with her mental problems and to not react in the way she has in this case,” he said, adding that she had a “depressive disorder and anxiety.”

She has two distinct personalities, the vulnerable one from constantly being in the spotlight no matter what she does and the public one from being in the spotlight.

“Perhaps it’s a matter of putting someone on a pedestal only to bring them down,”

Since the message was delivered indirectly and would have been “far more serious” if it had been sent directly to the complainant’s phone, Mr. Hamblin ruled the violation of the restraining order was just a “small breach.”

On January 21, at about 5.45 p.m., police arrived at Price’s residence and took her into custody.

She was interrogated for twelve hours before being freed, but not before the police took her phone and looked through it for possible evidence.

Price sent the ‘vile and unpleasant’ comment, according to testimony given at a previous hearing before Crawley Magistrates Court, after Michelle Penticost posted advice on how to handle rude people on Instagram.

The court was informed that Miss Price and Miss Penticost had a history of “clear animosity.”

After colliding with her BMW X5 while intoxicated in September of last year, Price received a 16-week suspended sentence.

After last-minute payments of £7,358 in fines for traffic violations, Price avoided a potential jail sentence in January.

She is currently dealing with a new accusation of speeding, which will be heard before magistrates in July.

Price struck a last-minute deal to settle her bankruptcy obligations earlier this year, which allowed her to avoid jail once more.

After being declared bankrupt in 2019, the 44-year-old was expected to come before the High Court to discuss why she hadn’t repaid the £2.3 million she owed.

However, the former model reached a last-minute agreement to repay the money, which resulted in a second postponement of her bankruptcy court.

Price was previously seen cutting a somber figure as she departed her makeup lesson in London last night due to a low turnout.

In recent months, the former beauty model has been giving masterclasses for admirers across the nation. On Wednesday afternoon, she also participated in a class in Leicester.

After the class, she was picked up by her fiancé, 33-year-old Carl Woods, from former Big Brother contestant Aisleyne Horgan-Fakin’ Wallace’s It salon.

As she exited the store, Price was spotted carrying a handbag with beige accents, pink and red gift bags, and other items.

She was dressed in pink sneakers with white soles and a brown tracksuit with a short-sleeved blouse.

As she walked to Woods’ car, the former Celebrity Big Brother winner hid her eyes behind a pair of sunglasses.

the first Get me out of here, I’m a celebrity! Some fans posed for photos outside the salon prior to the event, suggesting that campmate’s London outing only attracted a small number of people.

After hosting the workshop, she was seen gathering her luggage inside the salon.

After her tragic drink- and drug-fueled breakdown, Price said earlier this year that she had “reached rock bottom.”

The actress discusses the collision, for which she received a 16-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving ban, in scenes from her Channel 4 series Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.

When Katie flipped her uninsured BMW X5 into a hedge while driving while inebriated and disqualified on a country road close to the Sussex property that is featured in her new series, she informs the camera that she “could have killed someone or myself.”

After the September crash, Katie is seen in the next scenes going back to her house to resume the makeover while the voiceover informs us that she has spent a total of 30 days in a mental health facility.

“I mean, I can deal with a lot of stuff, stress, pressure, I breathe that,” she says to the camera. Drama happens behind closed doors, and nobody’s life is ideal.

I am unable to handle it when it affects me personally. Since I may have murdered someone, I am sorry I got in the automobile. I might have ended my life. Maybe there wasn’t a mother for my kids. It’s terrible.

“At that time, I was at my lowest point.” It served as a warning. I don’t want to experience that again. In fact, I don’t want to be in a position where I feel so depressed that I need to act irrationally, do harm to those around me, or hurt myself because I don’t know how to handle it.

I’ve made the decision to seek therapy once a week for the rest of my life and to put my hand up and acknowledge that I need assistance.
