It is as star-studded as prisons can get.

Despite having reported to prison only days ago, Julie Chrisley is already rubbing elbows with important figures.

According to TMZ, the “Chrisley Knows Best” actress is serving time at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky – the same prison where Netflix’s “Cheer” star Jerry Harris was imprisoned in August of last year.

The former cheerleader was given a 12-year prison sentence for sex offenses involving minors. In addition, he was required to register as a sexual offender.

The second season of the successful Netflix series followed the Navarro College cheerleading squad’s trip to competitions and even addressed Harris’ imprisonment.

In November, both Chrisley and her husband, Todd Chrisley, were sentenced to a total of 19 years in jail for fraud and tax evasion.

According to the source, male and female inmates are separated within the prison, although they are permitted to interact in the yard at suitable times.

The attorney for Harris, Todd Pugh, told TMZ that the ex-Navarro cheerleader is “doing well for a prisoner.”

Pugh noted that Harris has “adapted to prison life and is participating in every type of self-improvement program available.”

Harris, 23 years old, was also ordered to enroll in a mental health treatment program and take any prescribed medications.

The FBI invaded his Naperville, Illinois home in September 2020 and charged him with creating child pornography. Harris allegedly solicited sex from teenagers during cheerleading contests and coerced adolescent males to email him indecent images.

In February 2022, he admitted to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old youngster and paid a 17-year-old to provide him sexually explicit images and videos.

The Chrisleys were each sentenced to a total of 19 years in jail for fraud and tax evasion.

Prosecutors accused the couple of being “career con artists who made a living by hopping from one fraud scheme to the next, lying to banks, stiffing vendors, and evading taxes at every turn.”

Prior to reporting to their separate jails this week, the reality stars who have been convicted of fraud expressed “hope” and “faith” that their appeal will be successful.
