Teresa Giudice offers Todd and Julie Chrisley guidance prior to their prison terms

Less than a month prior to the beginning of their respective prison terms, Teresa Giudice advised Todd and Julie Chrisley to “stay strong.”

When asked by a TMZ paparazzi on Tuesday whether she had any advice for the “Chrisley Knows Best” cast as they prepare to surrender, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” actress said that “manifesting” helped her get through her own 11-month prison sentence in 2015.

The 50-year-old told them to “hold firm for their families and manifest in prison what they desire when they are released… and to be courageous for their children.”

Giudice, who was also convicted of fraud along with her ex-husband Joe Giudice, continued, “It will be really difficult, but they must make the best of it… However, they must maintain contact with their children and make it work.”

According to Giudice, her children’s “weekly” visits played a significant part in maintaining family ties during her time in prison.

“The problem is that my children were young… dependent on their schedule, however, at least once a month,” she advised.

And when their families aren’t present to cheer them up, the Bravolebrity advised them to find alternative ways to pass the time, such as working out, manifesting, practicing yoga, or even writing a book.

While Todd was sentenced to 12 years in jail and his wife was sentenced to 7 years in prison, according to their daughter Lindsie, the couple is already “living every day like it’s [their] last.”

The pair, who were convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion in June, are also “spending time with their Nashville-based children” and “engaging in therapy and biblical studies.”

In June, Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, were found guilty of conspiring to defraud banks of almost $30 million through bogus loans.

Additionally, they filed fraudulent credit reports and bank records when attempting to rent a home.

Although they filed an appeal of their judgment and maintained their innocence, they will soon travel to Florida to serve out their sentences.
