Police have requested the general public to keep an eye out for a 14-year-old student who has been missing for the past six days, as concerns for her safety rise.

Saturday around 10.30 p.m., Lorisa Flattery-Pegg, 14, was last seen at her family’s house in Thurnby Lodge, Leicestershire.

Soon after, her disappearance was reported.

Police have urged the public to keep an eye out for a 14-year-old school girl who went missing six days ago as fears about her safety grow.

The teenager has made no contact with her worried parents since her disappearance and now police are fearing for her safety.

She is described as being 5ft 3ins tall and of a slim build with shoulder-length blonde hair which she usually wears down.

Lorisa wears a nose ring in her left nostril as well as a bar in her ear and is believed to be wearing blue jeans and a blue and a striped top with an image of a Disney character stitched on.

Since her absence, the adolescent has had no touch with her concerned parents, and authorities are now concerned about her safety.

She is characterized as having a height of 5ft 3ins, a slender body, with blonde hair that she typically wears down.

Lorisa has a nose ring in her left nostril and an ear bar, and she is reported to be wearing blue pants and a striped top with a Disney character embroidered on it.

Despite the absence of communication, the police are concerned that Lorisa may still be in Leicestershire. The public is encouraged to keep a watch out for her throughout the Bank Holiday weekend, according to the police.

The missing persons team’s Detective Inspector Ben Healy stated, ‘It’s been nearly a week since Lorisa was last seen, and while we continue to investigate her whereabouts, I urge anyone who sees her over the weekend to contact us as soon as possible.

Any information you have, regardless of how trivial you believe it to be, could help us locate her.

Police are requesting anyone who may have witnessed anything during the long weekend to contact them immediately by dialing 101 and stating incident number 291 from 11 September.
