Bam Margera, a star of the Jackass series, has battled addiction publicly for a long time. A new remark from a former co-star is highlighting his tragic fight. Fans have once again expressed worry about the reality star after Steve-O made a public appeal to his pal in the comments of an Instagram image last night.
Instead than pleading with Margera to give up drugs, Steve-O seems to accept that Margera is “dying” from his addiction and that there is nothing more he can do.

Phoenix, Margera’s five-year-old son, who he shares with Nicole Boyd, was the subject of Steve-letter, O’s which began, “I’ve done all I can but I can’t force you to be honest and do the work of rehabilitation.
“I wish you could understand how much I’ve despised feeling ready for news of your death, but you’re making it apparent that I have no other option,” said Steve-O. It stinks, brother, that I can’t rescue you from your imminent death.
Margera has been accompanying Steve-O on his stage tour for the last two weeks, which Steve-O felt would give Margera a chance to straighten up his act, according to TMZ. It seems it didn’t go as planned based on the remarks he tweeted last night.
Margera was sacked from the Jackass Forever series for taking Adderall while the show was being filmed, and he has previously appeared on programs like VH1’s Family Therapy to confront and treat his addiction. At the time, Johnny Knoxville said, “We wanted him in the whole movie, but sadly that’s not how it turned out. It’s quite tragic. I cherish Bam. Everyone adores Bam. You do realize he is our brother? We all really care about him, so you just hope that he takes the initiative to receive the assistance he needs,” according to Variety.
Margera revealed to Steve-O in January that he had been declared dead in December of previous year as a result of a COVID infection and many seizures during an interview on Steve-Wild O’s Ride podcast.
