Woman, 58, who got her arm stuck in mechanical bull while on nightout feels no sensation in her arm

A woman has been left with no feeling in her arm after it became trapped in a mechanical bull during a night out at a sports bar in Scunthorpe.

Janice Clixby, 58, was riding the bull when her arm became stuck in a hole where one of the fake horns should have been. She fell off on the other side of the bull and had to run around to free her arm.

Janice was left traumatised and scarred, and has been trying to get compensation for the incident which occurred in December 2019, but the bar has not even apologised to her.

She had noticed silver duct tape peeling away from a hole before climbing onto the bull, and had shown it to the man starting the bull up, who had shrugged his shoulders. The bar has not commented on the incident.
