There is great relief with the discovery of a young mother and toddler who were missing for two days.

Around 5.30 p.m. on Friday, a white 2013 Mazda BT-50 truck was observed departing the Noosa Heads Main Beach region of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast with a two-year-old child inside.

The vehicle, which has a black bonnet, was last spotted on Saturday morning on Devonstone Drive in the neighboring Cooroibah.

Police were concerned, as were the woman’s and the toddler’s relatives, because the absence was so out of the ordinary.
