‘PENGUIN TOWN’

Netflix’s Penguin Town follows a group of adorable penguins in Simon’s Town, Cape Town as they navigate life on the Western Cape’s beaches. Patton Oswalt, who narrates the series, has been a part of several animal-centred projects including Bojack Horseman and Ratatouille.

Speaking to Yahoo Entertainment, Oswalt said he “really empathises with animals, especially wild animals”.

“I was just immediately enchanted by the idea of a nature documentary, but it’s more about nature invading urban spaces and how nature still wins in spite of all these obstacles”.
