Peach meringue pie recipe

It’s time to make some recipes using the finest ingredients because peach season is almost here again. Although fruit is frequently used in pie recipes, peaches are frequently overlooked. Any family gathering or occasion with a dessert table would benefit from having this peach meringue pie on it. Before the celebration is covered with ornamental and light meringue, fresh yellow peaches and your favourite jam offer a tonne of sweetness.

Peach meringue pie tips

This delicious dessert can be made in two different ways. Either prepare a larger pie in a pre-baked pie shell, or prepare separate desserts that are smaller. For the mini pies, coat the peaches in caster sugar, then divide them among ramekins or muffin tins. Finally, cover with meringues. The meringue can be embellished on top, and for added texture, crushed nuts can be sprinkled on top. In addition to your peach meringue pie, serve a steaming cup of tea.

Are you preparing a meal for your family and friends? After the substantial main course, serve them a delicious peach meringue pie to admire and eat.
