Arsenal must swiftly forget Thursday’s devastating 2-0 Europa League loss at PSV Eindhoven due to a packed schedule, according to manager Mikel Arteta.
With goals from Joey Veerman and Luuk De Jong, PSV moved to the knockout round of Europe’s second-tier competition. The setback ended Arsenal’s perfect start in Group A, although they had already secured a spot in the top two.
In the following week, Arteta’s squad will host Premier League opponents Nottingham Forest on Sunday and FC Zurich on Thursday in their last Europa League group match.
