According to reports, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, is reportedly upset about a recent episode of the animated show “South Park” that mocked her and Prince Harry’s move to the US to seek privacy.
Despite not watching the episode in its entirety, Markle is said to be “annoyed by South Park.” The show did not explicitly name the couple but featured characters that looked identical to them, wearing the same clothes, and were referred to as “the prince and his wife.”
The episode depicted the couple begging for privacy while also drawing attention to themselves, and included a scene where they appeared on a talk show to promote a book.
While some have speculated that legal action may be taken, Markle’s representatives have not responded to requests for comment. Meanwhile, some royal insiders think that Prince William may find the episode amusing, even if he doesn’t watch the show himself.
