After filing a lawsuit by her half-sister, Meghan Markle may be in for “world scale” humiliation.

Samantha Markle sued the Duchess of Sussex for allegedly making “false” allegations during her sit-down interview with Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

Kinsey Schofield, a royal specialist, thinks Samantha may make any further trials into a “circus,” harming Meghan’s reputation.

The presenter of To Di For Daily told Fox News Digital that a court may let the case to proceed to a jury if Samantha can show that Meghan publicly labeled her as a liar and an unsuitable parent, which had an adverse effect on her way of life and income.

Samantha would probably turn it into a circus, which would be humiliating for Meghan.

Kinsey continued, “Samantha Markle will probably want to question the Duchess of Sussex about other allegations she made during the Oprah interview about her estranged royal relatives, including the shocking claim that a member of the Firm had inquired about the skin tone of her then-unborn child Archie.”

After receiving plaudits for uncovering “institutional racism,” the couple’s post-royal agenda has been built around the contentious claim.

In part because of their “heroic” attitude on the matter, they even won a Ripple of Hope award the previous year.

Nevertheless, the pair has also faced criticism over the remark, with detractors charging that they used racial slurs to refer to the Royal Family.

In addition, Harry clarified the comment in the run-up to the publication of his memoir, Spare, contending that he hadn’t intended to imply that one of his family was racist but rather that they had “racial prejudice.”

Sam has already said that she intends to question Harry and Meghan about their racial views at a deposition, continued Kinsey.

Sort of unrelated to her legal arguments, but this is the kind of stuff we would see if the matter went to trial.

The majority of those following this issue have advised Meghan to reach a settlement with the mediator in order to prevent depositions and save the Duke and Duchess more embarrassment.

When Harry and Meghan sat down with friend Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, their public criticism of one other’s families really got going.

They have since continued to make explosive claims, prompting Harry to publish his memoirs on his own after they were featured in their own Netflix documentary back in December.

Instead of responding to the couple’s allegations, Buckingham Palace has chosen to concentrate on King Charles’ imminent coronation.

According to some analysts, the Sussexes may soon find themselves at the center of another legal dispute after making an unfavorable appearance in a South Park episode.

The popular animated show’s creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, made fun of their public personas in an episode that featured the “Prince and Princess of Canada,” who had a striking resemblance to the couple holding signs that read “We want our privacy” and “Stop looking at us,” prompting legal teams to reportedly “cast an eye” over the program.

Even the Prince of Canada had a memoir he called “Waaagh,” which remarkably resembled Harry’s most recent book.

According to sources close to the former royals, it looks that, like so many other events involving Meghan and Harry, this may have legal repercussions connected, said royal expert Neil Sean in a statement to Fox News.

Their legal team is reviewing the incident to see what is improper and what may be transformed into something more nefarious.
