Love Island: Luca Bish nervous as Gemma Owen’s ex Jacques O’Neill makes his entrance into the villa

The moment Gemma Owen meets up with her ex-boyfriend Jacques O’Neill will be seen by Love Island viewers.

In scenes that aired on Friday night, the 19-year-old international dressage rider was dumbfounded after learning that her former partner, rugby star Jacques, is the latest bombshell to enter the villa.

After Gemma was snatched from Davide Sanclimenti by Luca Bish during Friday’s recoupling — leaving Paige Throne and Afia Tonkmor single – Jacques’ presence into the island will further spice up the series.

And, based on the first look at tonight’s show, it appears like his appearance will irritate Luca.

‘Right now, my jumper smells of her perfume, does he [Jacques], no,’ Luca says to Andrew Le Page jokingly

‘You just have to sit back and watch what he does,’ Andrew replies.

‘I don’t know. It’s weird because I still look at him and I do fancy him like 100%,’ Gemma admits as the females assemble in another part of the villa to discuss the sportsman’s arrival.

‘I look at him and I think you are fit, no question, you are fit.

‘Yeah, I think we all look at him and think he’s fit,’ Paige adds.

Afia asks Gemma how long they’ve been together before she goes on her date with him.

Gemma replies: ‘Eight months.’ And Gemma added that they split ‘a year and half ago.’

Jacques and Gemma move off to have a conversation in the evening, and during his private Beach Hut conversation, he mischievously admits that he is a ‘flirtatious lad.’

‘I can’t help myself sometimes,’ he says.

Luca, on the other hand, is irritated and describes the scenario as “f***ing weird.”

Will Luca be entangled in yet another love triangle? Everything will be revealed soon.

‘I split up with my ex and then I was seeing someone else,’ he stated ahead of his entry.

‘I was concentrating so much on my rugby and then I had that injury. I think it needs to be the right person, at the right time,‘ he added.
