Lady Leshurr accused with assault after early-morning “screaming battle”

Lady Leshurr, a former semi-finalist on Dancing on Ice, has been charged with two charges of actual bodily harm following an altercation that occurred early yesterday morning.

The rapper and composer, who received the British Empire Medal in 2020 for services to music and charity, was spotted being hauled away in handcuffs at 5am following a confrontation outside a house near Walthamstow, east London.

Tomorrow, Lady Leshurr, age 34, and another woman, age 28, who is accused with one count of ABH, will appear in prison at Thames Magistrates’ Court.

A Met Police representative stated that two 27-year-old women were brought to the hospital following the altercation and have subsequently been released.

According to The Sun, Lady Leshurr, whose true name is Melesha Katrina O’Garro, and two other ladies engaged in a’screaming match’ that woke up the neighborhood.

Two officers are seen on video placing handcuffs on the rapper, who is wearing a white sports bra and a baseball cap, and escorting him to a police van.

A witness stated that the Birmingham-born musician entered the vehicle of ‘one of the girls she had been arguing with… and attempted to eject her’.

Supposedly, the woman in the automobile requested her neighbors to call the police.

The witness stated, “The noise of the scuffle roused me from my sleep; you could hear the disturbance beginning.” It was quite noisy.

I’m glad the police arrived when they did since the situation could have been much worse.
