Ingredients

Meat Marinade

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp. corn flour (Maizena)

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. water

Stir-fry

  • 1 cup chicken/beef/pork (sliced)

  • ½ cup cabbage

  • ¼ cup onions (sliced)

  • 1 cup beansprouts or bamboo shoots

  • ¼ cup sliced carrots

  • ¼ cup sliced green beans

Seasoning

  • salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Maizena in 2/3 cup water

Method

  • In a smoking hot pan or wok, stir-fry the meat until brown before removing and setting aside.
  • Add some oil back into the pan and stir-fry the rest of the ingredients together before adding the meat back and combining.
  • Season well and thicken the sauce with Maizena in water.
