As they greeted crowds outside, the King donned tweed, brown shoes, and a patterned tie, while Camilla wore a dark coat with a brooch.

The couple reinstated the royal practice of visiting the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on January 1st.

It had declined due to pandemic limitations and the declining health of the late monarch.

The children of Wales stole the hearts of a country when they accompanied their parents and King Charles on his first Christmas walkabout as king last Sunday.

After their usual Christmas Day church service on the Norfolk estate, George, Charlotte, and Louis conversed with well-wishers and accepted gifts from members of the public alongside William and Kate.

Gemma Clark, 42, traveled from Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, with her 72-year-old father, Paul Clark, and donated presents to the youngsters.

Ms. Clark, who was in a wheelchair, described seeing William, Kate, and their three children on Christmas Day as “simply fantastic.”

And Louis appeared to relish the attention, to the point where he was compelled to race to catch up to his older sister Charlotte.
