INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g Rib-eye pork – sliced

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 2 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. crushed garlic

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • barbecue spice to season

  • salt to taste

  • 1 onion – chopped

  • 1 green pepper – chopped

  • 2 cups cabbage – chopped

  • 4 packets of Two-minute noodles

  • fresh coriander for garnishing

  • chilli flakes for garnishing

METHOD

  • To prepare the marinade for the pork, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and barbecue spice together.
  • Add the pork to the marinade and let it sit for an hour.
  • After an hour, heat up a pan and fry the pork for about 15 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Then, add in the cabbage, onion, and pepper to the pan and cook for another 15 minutes until the pork is tender.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • While the pork is cooking, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the pan with the pork.
  • Mix the pork and noodles together until they are thoroughly combined.
  • Finally, serve the dish with coriander and chilli flakes as toppings.
