An unidentified suspect attack a man with a liquor bottle before fleeing the scene

In an early morning attack in Manhattan on Sunday, a shirtless and belligerent man assaulted another man with an empty liquor bottle. The attack took place near Lafayette Street and Prince Street in SoHo, according to the police. The suspect, who remains unidentified, hit the victim multiple times over the head with the glass bottle around 3:15 a.m. Sunday.

Police have released a video of the suspect, which shows him walking through the street while holding the bottle. The suspect has a hairy chest, a brown beard, and unkempt hair. After the attack, the victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

The suspect fled the scene by running off west on Prince Street, as stated by the authorities. No arrests have been made by the police as of now
