A motorcycle collision at Everton Park on Tuesday kills a man

On Tuesday, January 24, a man was killed in a horrific motorcycle accident in Everton Park.

A motorcycle was travelling down Old Northern Road near Dargie Street just after 5.00 p.m. when it lost control and crashed.

The cyclist, a 59-year-old male from Perth (WA), was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment and died on Thursday, January 26.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the crash and is asking anybody who saw it or has dashcam footage to come forward.

A report for the coroner is being prepared.
