8-year-old Sandringham girl was moved by Princess Kate’s Corgi toy

This is the touching moment Princess Kate chose an eight-year-old girl from the Sandringham throng to lay her Corgi toy homage to the Queen amid the carpet of flowers, leaving her “weeping with delight.”

The 40-year-old newly crowned Princess of Wales and her husband William were yesterday at the late monarch’s Norfolk home seeing the sea of memorial tributes and mingling with onlookers.

Eight-year-old Elizabeth Sulkovska was walking about with a corgi teddy bear and a bunch of flowers when the woman noticed her.

The eight-year-old, who was in the throng with his classmates, is seen on camera speaking to Kate.

The Corgi was then placed among them by a happy Elizabeth, who walked up to the sea of tributes with Kate.

Gregory Hill, the headmaster of Howard Junior School in King’s Lynn, said of the little girl afterward: “Elizabeth was overjoyed, she sobbed with excitement at being picked.

It’s a beautiful, incredible chance, to put it simply.

Jo from Norfolk questioned Kate on how her children Louis, Charlotte, and George were handling losing their great-grandmother when she and her husband William were on their visit to Sandringham.

Jo’s mother Lynne told the BBC that Kate thanked her and assured her that her children were doing well and receiving good care at school.

According to reports, Kate informed one of the many mourners at Sandringham that George knew the Queen had passed away.

But she said that his younger siblings were “not so” understanding.

William also addressed the audience, telling them that it was a trying moment for the family and that it had brought back memories of the passing of his mother in 1997.

He warned a grieving person not to weep right away since you’ll start me after she said she was sad and crying.

In addition, he said to someone else, “I’m discovering that she was everyone’s grandma — just based on how others have responded.”

As they arrived in Sandringham, Sophie Wessex and Prince Edward addressed the people in Manchester as they laid candles for the Queen and saw memorials.

The Royal Family is getting ready to have a state funeral on Monday to bury their beloved mother and grandmother.

Prince William and Harry will follow King Charles as he leads Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward from Westminster Abbey to Wellington Arch.

The Dean of Westminster will officiate the funeral, and further royals will follow by automobile.
