Jane Carter, the mother of Aaron Carter, shared graphic photos of the bathroom where her son was found dead to draw attention to the ongoing investigation into his death.
She posted the photos on Facebook, which showed feces on the floor and green water in the tub, and noted that the images were not taken by law enforcement. Jane believes that her son’s death was not an accidental overdose and is hoping to get a real investigation into the matter.
According to Jane, law enforcement never investigated the death as a possible crime scene because of her son’s addiction past. She also believes that there was potential homicide information in the bathroom for years, but people were allowed to go in and out. Aaron had received many death threats and had many people making his life miserable.
Jane believes that her son’s mental illness and prescription drug issues made it easy for authorities to not investigate the matter further. She is hoping to get legal commentator Nancy Grace to look into their case and is supported by her family and friends in her pursuit of justice.
Aaron Carter was found dead in his bathtub in November. The coroner ruled out drowning as the cause of death because he did not have any water in his lungs.
His fiancée, Melanie Martin, later told TMZ that they suspect he ingested a drug given to him by a dealer who had texted him demanding payment. Jane and Melanie believe that Aaron did meet up with the possible drug dealer and “took a substance that could have ultimately killed him.”
