UK-based delivery driver banned from McDonald after TikTok video she posted went viral

After a TikTok video she posted criticizing the slow service at a McDonald’s location went viral, a UK-based delivery driver who goes by the username @atlantadelivers claims she was banned from the restaurant.

The video, which has been viewed 2.7 million times, shows Atlanta waiting for 25 minutes before giving up and leaving. Upon returning to the same location for another order, an employee informed her that she was not allowed to receive orders there anymore.

Commenters on TikTok shared their own experiences with McDonald’s delivery and called for improvements to the system.
