Two people have been named in relation with Levi Maurice Johnson’s death

Two persons have been identified by the public and are being sought by police in connection with the death of Comancheros associate Levi Maurice Johnson.

Around 1 o’clock on Monday, the 23-year-old was stabbed and left to bleed to death outside the Goodlife gym in Carindale, Brisbane.

The names of the remaining two individuals sought in connection with the deadly assault were made public on Wednesday, after police announced the arrests of two of the four men accused of the murder.

Police are asking anybody with information on the locations of Thomas Myler, 35, and Kyle Martin, 24, who are sought in connection with the murder.

Police advised the public to phone triple zero instead of approaching any guy.

Mr. Johnson was murdered when his Mercedes was slammed from the front by a white Nissan Patrol and boxed in by a black Audi A3 hatchback as he attempted to exit the Goodlife gym driveway.

He ran via the passenger door when four assailants used a crowbar to break his glass. However, he didn’t go very far before one of the guys caught up to him and stabbed him in a fit of rage, leaving him bleeding on the road.

Police quickly detained one of his suspected assailants, Stuart Galloway, 34, and detained a second Birkdale resident, also 34, on Wednesday.

In a last-ditch effort to rescue him on Monday, gym goers and other Good Samaritans staunched the wounds and used a defibrillator to attempt to resuscitate him after they lost his pulse.

As he sprawled across the curb, gravely injured by many knife wounds to his belly, witnesses reported a scene of gory anarchy.

The Patrol was driven away by three of the assailants while the Audi’s driver ran away on foot because it would not start. The two bags that were subsequently discovered nearby, according to the police, were from the Audi.

Only a few hundred metres from the incident, dog squad cops saw Galloway hiding in bushes at a reserve. They quickly apprehended him.

In order to preserve DNA on his body and clothing, the shirtless guy turned himself in to police. He was handcuffed and placed in a forensic clean suit.

He was accused of having an illegal revolver in his hands, as well as having explosives and gun ammo without a licence.

On Tuesday morning, Galloway appeared before Brisbane Magistrates Court and was remanded into jail with a September 29 appearance date. He has not been accused of killing Mr. Johnson.

According to Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham, the assault, which took place in front of the public, was quite troubling.

He said at the scene on Monday that “these individuals were really driven to track this man down.”

“This whole encounter was recorded on CCTV.” I’ve seen the CCTV, and it’s horrifying and shocking.

We are unsure of the reason for what happened, if preparation was done, or whether an earlier incident in the neighbourhood progressed.

What was obvious was their desire to seriously injure this person,
