Transgender radicals heckle an 80-year-old grandmother and take down suffragette banners

As she narrated her story, protestors heckled an elderly lady who was expelled from a YMCA pool after she insisted a transgender staffer vacate the women’s locker room.

Julie Jaman was taking a shower at the Mountain View pool in the city of Port Townsend, Washington, when she saw the employee in the locker room.

The 80-year-old woman was delivering a speech on her life when irate trans protesters tore down the suffragette banner she was speaking in front of and began yelling loudly over her.

Jaman alleges that she heard a’man’s voice’ while changing last week and immediately approached Clementine Adams, who identifies as a woman.

She said that she questioned Adams whether she had a penis, to which Adams replied, “It’s none of your concern,” at which point she ordered them to leave.

Rowen DeLuna, the aquatics manager at the YMCA, told Jaman that she was “discriminating” and that the police would be contacted. Jaman told a member of the pool staff that she was “discriminating,” and DeLuna informed her that the police would be called.

Before DeLuna phoned law authorities, Jaman was characterized as having a “emotional reaction” and “screaming” in the incident report.

Yesterday, when addressing a gathering of fans, she said, ‘I’m the elderly woman. You may have read an account of my encounter with a nude elderly woman in the women’s shower area and what I saw that day. The CEO of the YMCA informed me that pride banners are sufficient to let everyone, namely women, know what to anticipate in the shower facility that has been designated as female-only for 60 years.

Men who identify as women will now be seen disrobing and bathing with female people. I object.

I do not want to be compelled to shower and dress in the presence of the opposing sex.

A male voice is heard saying, “If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands!” while she struggles to resume her statement.

As the demonstrators drew near, further voices joined in, yelling “don’t touch our things,” before taking down the suffragette flags that had been placed behind Jaman.

She tried to continue and became obviously agitated before more enraged protestors began replacing ‘trans rights are human rights’ with ‘trans women are women.’

Jaman said she did not feel comfortable being naked and showering with a person born as a male in the same roomThe Olympic Peninsula YMCA, of which the pool is pictured above, said Jamal's banning was the culmination of a series of 'incidents' where she has been disrespectful towards staffSince being banned from the pool, a protest was held outside the facility at which supporters of Jaman and trans activists both attended, pictured aboveJaman was told that the presence of Pride flags and posters should have 'adequate enough in order to inform women what to expect'Jaman said she 'heard a man's voice' and immediately confronted the person, claiming that they should not be allowed in the changing roomClementine Adams, who is a trans worker at the YMCA pool is saving up for two procedures: Feminizing Laryngoplasty (vocal surgery) and Sexual Reassignment Surgery (often called bottom surgery)

Jaman added, “I wish the cops were present to maintain order.” We must contact the local police agency. Are we going to be beaten up here? Can someone just contact the police?

You can understand why safe places for women are so important. This is a really humiliating topic, yet biology overrides ideology.

Privacy, safety, and dignity are necessary for female humans while dressing and bathing; nothing less is acceptable.

According to an incident report filed by the Port Townsend Police Department, Jaman had an emotional reaction to the presence of a strange gentleman in the restroom among young females.

According to police reports, Jaman was in the locker room, yelling at a staffer and refused to leave.

Jaman, who has been a member of the pool for 35 years, asserts that she had a “fantastic connection” with other swimmers.

However, the facility’s administrators claim that Jaman’s exclusion is the result of a series of occurrences in which she “violated the facility’s code of conduct” and was not merely the result of this one incident.

The Olympic Peninsula YMCA’s communications manager, Erin Hawkins, said, “We will not accept prejudice, bigotry, or discrimination that leads to the mistreatment of people or communities.”

We shall assure ongoing and significant progress toward fairness and human dignity for everyone.

Jaman said that she did not feel comfortable washing and being nude in the same room as a person born male.

She feels the institution should have signs indicating that transgender individuals may use the changing rooms.

Jaman said, “They told me I was being discriminatory and not adhering to the YMCA’s core beliefs and ideals.” I informed her that I respect all people and do not adhere to any ideology.

I reminded her that there were no signs placed to warn women, but I was told that there were Pride banners everywhere, and it was felt that this was sufficient to advise women of what to anticipate.

Except that they do not give options for women who wish not to undress in front of males, I approve.

Our pool is really ancient. There are just two shower and dressing rooms, one for men and one for women.

Bart claims that Jaman told Adams, who has not yet had gender reassignment surgery but has created a GoFundMe page to gather money, “you’re going to push your f***ing penis in those young ladies.”

Jaman denies making such a remark and asserts, “When I questioned whether he had a penis, he told me it was none of my concern.” I advised the guy to go immediately.

Since she was prohibited from the pool, supporters of Jaman and trans activists staged a demonstration outside the facility.

Adams states that undergoing surgical treatments is necessary for her to ‘feel like myself’
