TJ Miller won’t work with Ryan Reynolds because he was ‘horribly’ nasty on set

Miller stated on Wednesday’s episode of “The Adam Corolla Show” that he will not be working with “Deadpool” co-star Reynolds in the near future. Miller claims that the two became estranged after a “weird” occurrence on filming.

“Would I again work with him? I would not collaborate with him again “Miller said Corolla.

Miller, who portrays Weasel in the “Deadpool” franchise, claimed that Reynolds referred to him by his character’s moniker when filming the 2016 release of the first “Deadpool” picture.

“On ‘Deadpool,’ there was a bizarre moment when he said, ‘Let’s do one more take.’ Then, like the character, he was incredibly cruel to me as if I were Weasel “The comic was generous. “Therefore, he said, “You know what’s fantastic about you, Weasel? You’re not the main character, but you do just enough exposition to make it amusing, and then we can return to the main film.’”

Miller acknowledges that it was “not a nice experience” and asserts that other crew members did not know how to respond to Reynolds during the alleged incident.

“I find it odd that he dislikes me,” the actor said.

Since then, they’ve continued to drift apart, continued Miller. Miller added, “I got along with him much better on the original ‘Deadpool’ because he wasn’t a great, huge movie star.”

Miller would not confirm, but the “Silicon Valley” star hinted he was not asked to return for the upcoming “Deadpool” installment. “Deadpool 3” will be the first Marvel Cinematic Universe episode when it is released in 2024.

Miller continued by describing Reynolds as “sort of an insecure guy” and asserting that he would not have consented to star in “Deadpool 3” even if he was offered “double the amount.”

“I believe he should create Deadpool 3 and continue making films. I simply believe he dislikes me, and I found it odd how he expressed that sentiment. I’m at a point in my life where ‘Deadpool 3’ is not necessary “Miller stated.

Miller and Reynolds representatives did not immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment.

In recent years, Miller has also been accused of inappropriate behavior. According to The Daily Beast, Miller was accused of sexual assault in 2017 by an unnamed woman he dated in college. Since then, he has refuted the charges.

On Twitter in 2018, Miller’s “Silicon Valley” co-star Alice Wetterlund referred to him as a “bully and petulant brat.” Wetterlund added in her tweet that the all-male workplace permitted his alleged actions.
