Fitness Instructor with Tattoos Reveals His Transformation Story
Tauren Jay, a 29-year-old fitness instructor from Birmingham, who now lives in Manchester, spoke to Daily Star about his transformation story.
Jay was inspired by his favourite WWE wrestlers, The Undertaker and The Rock, and decided to get tattoos.
He now has a chiselled physique and a striking black and white inkings to match.

Jay shared his transformation pictures, revealing that he much prefers his appearance now.
He also admitted that looking back at pictures without tattoos feels like it is not him.
He said tattoos have meaning and represent his personality, and he is still looking to add more.
Jay’s tattoos have been a talking point when interacting with curious strangers.
His most meaningful ones include a piece on his leg to remember his late brother and father.
Regretted Tattoo
Jay has one tattoo that he regrets, which was a tattoo of his ex-girlfriend’s lips on his lower abdomen.
He has since covered it up with a rose, but initially, it was not the smartest choice he made in his life.
Career Choice
Jay had always wanted a throat tattoo but his pals advised him not to get one in case it affected his career.
He waited for a few years and eventually decided to get one.
Having tattoos in the fitness industry is not discriminated against, so he felt safe to get it done
