Katie Maloney, a star on the reality show “Vanderpump Rules,” stated that she wasn’t shocked to hear about Tom Sandoval’s months-long affair with co-star Raquel Leviss behind Ariana Madix’s back, but the details were shocking.
Maloney shared her thoughts during an interview with Andy Cohen on the recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live.”
Cohen reiterated that the scenes were not edited since the news of the affair came to light. Sandoval and Leviss have both issued apologies on social media.
Maloney pointed out that she wasn’t surprised that it was Raquel involved in the affair, and after watching the latest episode with the knowledge she has now, she was shocked by how Raquel came at Lala Kent, calling her a mistress.
Maloney also commented that she sees a pattern in Raquel’s behavior, where she is only interested in men that her friends are either married to or interested in, which is a big red flag for her.
Cohen asked Maloney if she thought her ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, was “just a pawn” in the affair.
Maloney replied, stating that part of her believes that Schwartz was duped, and she thinks both Sandoval and Leviss “duped” Schwartz.
Maloney also updated fans on how Madix is doing, saying that she’s in a good headspace, all things considered, and taking care of herself.
Madix broke her silence over the affair on Wednesday night, saying she’s been “devastated and broken” since finding out the news.
However, she thanked her friends and fans for their outpouring of love and support, saying that she’s lucky to have the best support system in the world.
