Parents describe the stranger who attempted to take their daughter off the street as having a “dead black glare.”

The parents of a six-year-old Ohio girl who came dangerously close to being kidnapped while tossing out the garbage outside of her house described the kidnapper as having a “dead gloomy glare.”

Ken’adi Nash, a little girl from Hamilton, Ohio, was just a few feet from her front door when Deric McPherson, 33, a total stranger, approached her, grabbed her hand, and tried to drag her down the street.

The blatant assault that took place on Wednesday in broad daylight was captured by the ring camera in the house.

The courageous little girl raced inside her home while yelling aloud as she struggled to escape.

As soon as she was inside, Ken’adi informed her parents, Ricky Nash and Mandie Miller-Nash, what had occurred and described it to them as a terrible experience. She also claimed that “some stranger attempted to kidnap me” and that he had touched her “private parts.”

In his automobile, Nash’s father, who is also the father of three other girls, pursued the criminal while dialing 911. I pursued him as if he still had my child. Ricky remarked, “I certainly didn’t want him to go kidnap another youngster.

In order to get away from him, McPherson allegedly attempted to “dive in and out of alleyways and across people’s yards,” according to WLWT.

Later, police discovered McPherson at Paul’s Auto Lot, a store on Erie Boulevard. He was discovered hiding in a rusted-out Dodge Caravan. Ricky remarked, “I told him I hope he is ashamed of himself and I hope he gets what he deserves.”

McPherson was accused of kidnapping and severe sexual assault. At the Butler County Jail, he is now detained.

According to Ken’adi’s parents, Deric McPherson, 33, of Hamilton, Ohio, had a “dead, black glare.” McPherson was accused of kidnapping and severe sexual assault. He is detained in Butler County Jail. Little Ken’adi, who was seated between her parents, was seen on Fox & Friends shaking her head constantly when the co-host Todd Piro questioned whether she was “okay.”

Mandie explained to the presenter how Ken’adi is aware of “stranger danger” since they had already discussed it. She encouraged other parents to act in a similar manner. Mandie added, “This may happen in a second, in the blink of an eye,” adding that this is the first time anything like has ever occurred in the four years they have lived in their area. “I simply want them [parents] to have conversations with their children and explain that this is real, that it can happen, and that they should take the proper safeguards if anything like this were to ever happen.”

According to Mandie’s Facebook page, the family is now attempting to leave Hamilton because Ken’Adi “desperately wants to relocate out of this house/neighborhood [as soon as possible].”

Callahan Walsh, a child advocate at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, told GMA that Ken’Adi had followed all the proper procedures.

She was pulling away, kicking, and screaming. In the event of an attempted kidnapping, that is precisely what we train children to do, according to Walsh.

Nearly 83% of kids who were in danger of being taken away managed to escape by acting “proactively,” like kicking.

He told GMA, “She’s the reason why she’s home safe tonight.

Walsh advises parents to speak to their children as soon as possible about what to do in these circumstances.

Start by taking your kid on a neighborhood tour and pointing out the places they may go to in case of an emergency, as well as their neighbors’ and parents’ complete names, phone numbers, and addresses, Walsh said.

These are the fundamentals of child safety that you may educate your young children.
