OnlyFans star Renee Gracie is set to make a comeback to racing and chase her dream of competing in the biggest race in Australia, the Bathurst 1000.
Gracie, a former two-time competitor in the race, attempted to return to the sport in 2021 by revealing plans to spend $1 million to buy her own team.
However, Supercars officials labeled it as a publicity stunt to promote her explicit content site.
Despite this, Gracie’s dream of returning to the race is back in the spotlight as she is set to be followed by a camera crew for a documentary to be released by Stan Sport.
The documentary, Revealed: Renee Gracie, will track Gracie’s path back to the Bathurst 1000 as she tries to compete as a wildcard.
The 28-year-old walked away from Supercars at the end of 2017 after competing in the Carrera Cup and Super2. She turned her attention to launching explicit content on OnlyFans and revealed that she had not earned any money from Supercars. However, her switch has paid off, with Gracie claiming to have earned more than $500,000 in one month alone back in 2020.
The documentary will also shed light on gender inequality, stigma, and prejudice in sport and beyond.
Screen Australia’s Head of Documentary, Alex West, said that the documentary would offer honest insights into Renee’s empowering origin-turned-comeback story.
The filming of the documentary will commence this year, and the Bathurst 1000 will take place from October 5-8.
Gracie’s nickname, the Devil Princess, reflects her teenage dreams of racing in a US NASCAR championship.
Her popular account on OnlyFans has seen her earn much more cash from paying subscribers viewing her adult-only content than she ever made behind the wheel.
She said that the position she is in now has set her up for life and is setting herself up for an early retirement.
