Dara Reneé said season 4 would include nostalgic moments “for all ages.”

Dara Reneé, the actress of “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series,” has hinted that the fourth season of the programme would have wistful appearances “for all ages.”

Before the season three finale, which airs on Disney+ on Wednesday, the programme has already been picked up for a fourth season.

The kids of East High will return to find out that a fake “High School Musical 4: The Reunion” movie is being made at their school in the next season, it was revealed at Disney’s D23 convention last week. As a result, it has been suggested that Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Tisdale from the first season of “High School Musical” would make an appearance.

East High students will reportedly play extras in the meta-fourth movie while simultaneously performing “High School Musical 3” in a play.

Reneé, who portrays Kourtney in the programme, said in an interview with Insider that season four would “hit the field with nostalgia for all ages.”

It’s going to be good, Reneé predicted. “I’ll tell you right now that I’ve read the first screenplay because I don’t take that term for granted. It’s amusing. It’s relatable and will have you saying, “Wait a minute.” Does that…? That’s it? That’s all I have to say.”

Reneé did not specify who specifically may appear in the fourth season as a cameo.

Monique Coleman, who portrayed Taylor McKessie in the original musical trilogy, was the actor’s choice for her ideal cameo.

The 21-year-old actress said to Insider, “I must say Monique Coleman has always been a role model for me. “Watching her portray Taylor and seeing someone who is a representation both on and off the screen.”

René went on: “When I did my very first item, I met her, and she said, “I want to do an interview with you.” Then I thought, “Oh my God, Taylor.” I would thus like it if she made a cameo. I’m not sure. They withhold information from me because they consider me a spoiler.”

Last year, Coleman said to People that she “would love” to make a cameo on the spinoff programme.

A cast member from the original “High School Musical” cast has previously made appearances in the production.

In the first two seasons, cameo appearances were made by Ryan Evans and Martha Cox, respectively by Lucas Grabeel and Kaycee Stroh.

While hosting a Disney+ documentary on the East High kids, Corbin Bleu, who portrayed Chad in the movie series, made the largest appearance during season three.

The fact that Efron and Hudgens, who portrayed high school sweethearts Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez, visited East High a month apart earlier this year has also been brought up by fans. Fans were led to assume that a reunion movie would be conceivable when they both posted about their encounters on Instagram.
