Man shot dead in a vehicle at Tacoma Road in Amanzimtoti

On Friday shortly after 7 a.m., ET RAPID RESPONSE and Emer-G-Med paramedics came to Tacoma Road in Amanzimtoti because a car was blocking the road with an unresponsive passenger seated in the front.

The car was found to have bullet holes upon closer inspection, and the passenger, a man of about thirty, was discovered to have severe injuries and was pronounced dead upon the arrival of paramedics.

The South African Police Services will investigate the shooting’s unexplained purpose as well as the circumstances that led up to it.
