Newspapers all throughout the nation paid homage to the adored British queen, who reigned for a regal 70 years, while America’s front pages lamented her passing.

As the world wakes up this morning and laments the end of the second Elizabethan Era, newspapers from coast to coast in the US have devoted their front pages to the Queen.

While King Charles III makes his first royal entrance into London’s Buckingham Palace, the country of the United Kingdom has entered a 10-day period of mourning.

However, people all throughout the US have paid tribute to the Queen, who has visited almost every president in the last 70 years and guided her nation through some of the most significant global events of the previous century.

President Biden issued a startling order yesterday requiring all American embassies, legations, consular offices, and other institutions overseas, including all military installations, naval vessels, and stations, to fly their flags at half-staff.

Yesterday at 12:34 p.m., Buckingham Palace initially revealed the Queen’s failing health, prompting a rush of senior royals to Scotland.

The 96-year-old monarch, whom Mr. Biden first met in 1982, was hailed for guiding 14 American presidents through difficult times.

Additionally, Mr. Biden acknowledged her for her assistance during the nation’s “darkest days following 9/11.”
