Cathy Wilson, 52, shared the grief of Tobin’s alleged victims’ families when he opted to bury his crimes.

This means that many family members of possible murder victims will never know their fate.

Wilson told the Sunday Mirror, “He was a monster, and now that he is dead, there is a sense of relief.”

The strongest emotion we feel, though, is sorrow for the families of the girls and young women who vanished and whose abductor was undoubtedly Tobin, but who must now accept that they will never have the answers they so desperately want.

Jessie Earl’s mother, Valerie, told the newspaper, “We’ll never know if he murdered our daughter.”

Tobin died at an Edinburgh jail while serving a life sentence for the 2006 rape and murder of Angelika Kluk, a 23-year-old Polish student, and the concealment of her remains beneath the floor of a Glasgow church.

Tobin, a notorious serial killer and convicted sex offender from Scotland, died in an Edinburgh prison.

His verified victims were Angelika Kluk, Vicky Hamilton, and Dinah McNicol, from left to right.

Tobin worked as a handyman for the church, which is how the police identified him as a suspect. He is said to be one of the deadliest serial killers in British history.

Tobin was also convicted of raping two 14-year-old girls in 1993 - and killed after releaseThe perpetrator was also serving life sentences for the 1991 killings of Vicky Hamilton, 15, of Redding, near Falkirk, and Dinah McNicol, 18, in the same year.

They were discovered 17 years later, buried in the yard of his former Margate, Kent, residence.

In 1993, he had been convicted of raping two 14-year-old girls.

Tobin was also convicted of raping two 14-year-old girls in 1993, and was subsequently murdered following his release.

Ms Wilson said she was relieved that her ex-husband is dead - and that was a 'monster'
Upon hearing the news of Tobin’s death, Vicky’s family stated, “He does not deserve any more of our family’s thoughts.”

Saturday at 6:04 p.m., Police Scotland stated, he passed away at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

According to them, the death is not being viewed as suspicious, and a report will be sent to the prosecutor general.

Former Detective Superintendent David Swindle stated to the BBC, “From my perspective, Peter Tobin is evil.” He is the epitome of evil.

This individual had no regard for mankind.

He continued, “There is no doubt in my mind that Peter Tobin has murdered others.” He is a coward who buried his secrets with him.

In recent years, cops spent countless hours piecing together the loner’s wandering lifestyle on the periphery of society, where he concealed under numerous aliases.

Officers believe Tobin targeted vulnerable women and used at least 40 names and 150 vehicles to conceal his traces while he committed murders.

Tobin, born in August 1946 in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, began his criminal career after being taken to a reform school at age seven.

In his late teens and early twenties, he was incarcerated for burglary, forgery, and conspiracy.

Ms. Wilson expressed relief that her ex-husband had passed away, describing him as a “monster.”

In 1994, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison for a horrible double sex assault on two schoolgirls in his Hampshire apartment.

The girls had traveled to see a neighbor who was unavailable, so they requested to wait in Tobin’s apartment.

He threatened them with a knife, raped them, stabbed one of them, then turned on the gas in his apartment and left them for dead.

They both miraculously survived the attack, and Tobin was sentenced to fourteen years in prison.

Tobin was also a serial wife-beater, as each of his three ex-wives said he repeatedly and savagely assaulted them.

Following his release from jail, the convicted sex offender went on the run for nearly a year before committing his first documented homicide. During this time, he killed his first verified victim.
