How much does it cost in Nigeria to register a business name?
Registration of a business with less than $20,000 in registered capital
Registration of a public business with a registered capital of $1 million or less costs N20,000.
The cost of registering a private corporation with a registered capital of N1 million or less is N10,000.
To register a private business with a market capitalization greater than N500 million, authorized capital of 1 million shares will cost N7,500.
The cost to register a private business with a share capital between N1 million and N500 million is N5,000 per million shares.
