INGREDIENTS

  • Pineapple and celery smoothie
  • 3 stalks celery chopped

  • 1⁄2 cup spinach

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple

  • 1 banana sliced

  • 1 apple cubed

  • 1⁄2 cup crushed ice

  • Broccoli fruit explosion
  • 1⁄2 cup broccoli, raw

  • 1 banana peeled and frozen

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 3⁄4 cup strawberries fresh or frozen

  • 1⁄2 cup spinach

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 3⁄4 cup water

  • Cauliflower smoothie
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen

  • 1⁄2 cup mango frozen (you can substitute with apple or kiwi)

  • 1⁄2 cup cauliflower (either steamed and cooled, or raw diced)

  • 1⁄4 cup cucumber peeled

  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice

  • 1⁄2 cup coconut water

  • 2 white mushrooms, washed

METHOD

  • Choose which smoothie you would like to make and cut the ingredients in pieces if required.
  • Take all the ingredients and blitz in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour in to a glass and enjoy!
