A frightening video shows Sam Smith being called “demonic” and “evil” by a stranger as he went through Central Park.
In the video, the performer is minding their own business when an anonymous outsider begins to verbally harass them.
Non-binary Sam has recently been in the public eye because to criticisms over their performances at the Brits and Grammys, as well as their vulgar music video for “I’m Not Here to Make Friends.”
On the footage, as Sam travels through New York’s Central Park, a woman begins yelling at him, “Sam Smith deserves in hell, you demonic, twisted, filthy b****!”
The individual then makes the baseless accusation, “You sick motherf****r Sam Smith, you are horrible.”
At the end of the video, a second guy joins in, ranting about the Illuminati, before the video abruptly ends.
Sam remained silent in response to the jeers and continued walking.
Yet, it appeared at one point that they were also filming the individual who was shouting at them.
At the Grammys, they sang Unholy alongside Kim Petras, and the performance contained a devil theme; one observer described it as “satanic.”
Following the event, it was stated that 18 complaints were lodged with the Federal Communications Commission.
Other critics likened the performance to demon worship, and one viewer threatened to terminate their television service.
Some claimed that it was anti-Christian and could “promote violence against Christians.”
One complaint stated, “It was filled with horrible imagery and featured DEVIL-WORSHIPING ACOLYTES writhing on the floor almost naked and in CAGES.”
It was aired live on television, and I cannot believe CBS permitted it.
Yet another observed, “People were whipped and caged throughout Sam Smith’s performance.” My musician-aspiring 15-year-old son was frightened by it.”
On Twitter, politicians expressed their sentiments, with Marjorie Taylor Greene stating, “The Grammys featured Sam Smith’s demonic performance and were sponsored by Pfizer.
“Now the Satanic Church has opened an abortion clinic in New Mexico that compels patients to perform a satanic ritual prior to receiving services. Christians in America need to get to work.”
