Grammy Award winner Billie Eilish appears to allude to the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial in a new song named “TV” on her UK tour.

The song’s lyrics appeared to allude to current events in the United States, such as the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s multi-million dollar defamation suit against ex-wife Amber Heard and the abortion issue in the United States.

“The internet’s gone wild seeing Hollywood stars on trial, while they’re reversing Roe v Wade,” the 20-year-old sung from the song.

The singer launched “TV” alongside her brother and co-writer Finneas O’Connell at the AO Arena in Manchester.

Finneas sat on two stools and played the acoustic guitar for the slow and somber song.

It will be her first time performing in the UK since her engagement at the Reading Festival in 2019.

She’ll be performing at Glastonbury later this month as well.
