The Queen has postponed her Privy Council meeting after physicians urged her to rest, according to Buckingham Palace.

The monarch, 96, has ongoing mobility issues and had been due to hold the Privy Council virtually on Wednesday

After a long day yesterday, Her Majesty has decided to relax this afternoon, according to a Palace spokesperson.

This implies that the Privy Council meeting originally scheduled for this evening will be rescheduled.
