The comedian Dane Cook allegedly often brought teenage girls as early as 14 to his house for “game nights,” with his fiancée Kelsi Taylor attending one of them at the age of barely 17.
Cook, 50, who proposed to Taylor, 23, last month, has previously claimed that the two fell in love while attending one of the frequent “game night” gatherings he throws at his Los Angeles home.
Author Tracie Egan Morrissey brought attention to the fact that Cook shared a photo from one of his game night parties in 2016 that appeared to show Taylor to be 17 years old at the time.
Cook, a frequent Instagram user with 741,000 followers, claims he did not start dating Taylor until she was 18 years old.
In a lengthy Instagram story, Morrissey described how looking through Cook’s social media to see pictures from his game nights turned up a number of images showing regular attendance by underage girls, one of whom was reportedly as young as 14.
Additionally, they were crowded with much older males, many of whom had a middle-aged appearance.
Morrissey was able to track who attended Cook’s game night gatherings and their ages at the time by looking at the group images Cook routinely posted online.
Taylor first appears in one of these pictures with Cook on October 8, 2016, a few weeks before she turned 18. Morrissey made this observation.
With a 26-year age difference, the pair has been dating for five years. When Taylor was 18 years old, they began dating.
In addition to Cook’s newlywed, Morrissey claimed that a scan of Cook’s Instagram found a number of young girls and underage girls attending his gatherings.
She pointed them images of the actress Saxon Paige Sharbino taken when she was 16 years old, as well as other images of Cook taken when they were both 15 years old.
King’s sister, who is five years her senior, was also present, according to a Reddit sleuth.
According to Morrissey, one photo shows actress Emily Alyn Lind visiting one of his parties when she was only 14 years old.
She is pictured in it standing next to Cook, who is holding her shoulder.
No improper behaviour or misbehaviour is implied, but Morrisey and others have objected about Cook’s custom of bringing young teenage girls to his soirées.
Young women also regularly featured, according to Morrissey, including actresses like Bella Thorne, who was 18 at the time, and Amy Forsyth, who was 20 at the time.
Morrissey made note in her article that none of the young women or teenage females cited in her study are Instagram followers of Cook.
Additionally, she stated that he does not follow them and implied that any previous ties between them had soured.
Cook’s first younger girlfriend was not Taylor.
Before, when she was 20 and he was 39, the comedian from Massachusetts dated Playboy model Amanda Cerny.
