For grooming a kid, Kandice Barber received a six-year, two-month prison sentence.

It was uncovered that a teacher who was imprisoned for having sex with a student was demoted from her position as a security guard on a construction site because she was distracting the employees.

Kandice Barber was employed as part of a plan to gradually reintegrate her into society following a brief release from prison.

She was found guilty in 2021 of grooming a 15-year-old and having sex with him in a field, and she was sentenced to six years and two months in prison.

The mother of three was called ‘beyond vile’ by the trial judge for enticing the kid with topless images and obscene messages.

During a school assembly, Barber, who worked at a school in Princess Risborough, Bucks, flirted with the teenager by sending messages.

The blonde teacher pounded the then-15-year-old student with messages, asking him, “Do you like boobs or bum?” and sending him a picture of herself lying on a bed with sex toys.

She was exposed after the headteacher of their school received a topless photo she had sent to one of her victims that had gone viral.

She had been working as a gatekeeper at a construction site in Hounslow, West London, since May.

Her duty was to monitor the cars bringing supplies to the building site while wearing an orange hard hat and a high visibility jacket.

As pedestrians entered the construction site where Wates Construction is constructing 74 new homes for the neighborhood council, she would also verify their security passes.

She hasn’t been spotted at the Heathrow Airport construction site, though, since she was pictured at work and workers learned of her shady past.

One builder claimed: “Until she was photographed, no one knew anything about her.

She was the topic of a lot of conversation, but we haven’t seen her since.

Barber is rumored to have been transferred by Wates to one of their other building sites so she won’t disrupt other workers.

As part of a program operated by the Ministry of Justice, she had been granted a license after serving little over two years of her sentence.

She would receive payment for the work as part of the Release of Temporary Licence (ROTL).

Before being assigned to the construction site, officials would have conducted a risk assessment.

Barber’s interactions with other employees as a security guard would have been confined to opening and shutting a metal gate at the site.

She reportedly adored working on the site before being relocated.

‘She’s lovely looking, so she’s already proving a popular with the men, who have no idea about her past,’ one builder remarked.

It’s no secret that she is a huge flirt, and many employees there have already taken note of her.

One of the businesses that collaborate with the Ministry of Justice to support prisoners’ reintegration into society is Wates Construction.

After serving half of her term, she will probably be freed from prison early next year.

After supporting her during her 2020 court case, her ex-husband has admitted that she held him responsible for the dissolution of their five-year marriage.

Danny Barker claimed that despite not seeing his wife for a year, he had stood by her when she insisted on her innocence.

After he admitted he had been corresponding with another woman online, they cut off their conversation after Kandice informed him he had “broken her heart.”

She made divorce papers.

Barker, 40, recently started dating a woman who will give birth to his child in the fall.
