Something is being loaded.

According to reports, the anonymous Jane Doe who filed a lawsuit alleging Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of child sexual assault wants the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to “arrest and prosecute” the pair.

NBC News said that a 22-year-old woman identified as Jane Doe wrote to District Attorney George Gascón on Monday, stating, “This matter’s scope and complexity demand your jurisdictional authorities and resources to combat and terminate the stream of depravity done by Haddish and Spears.”

According to the publication, the letter stated, “My brother and I are willing to speak with detectives and prosecutors from your office and present you with indisputable evidence supporting our allegations.”

According to The Daily Beast, Jane Doe requested that Gascon “immediately arrest and prosecute” the comedians.

Haddish and Spears are accused of sexually abusing 14-year-old Jane Doe and her 7-year-old brother, who is now 15 years old, on separate occasions, according to a complaint filed last Tuesday and first published by The Daily Beast.

During one occasion in 2013, Jane claimed Haddish approached her at a comedy summer camp and requested her to perform sexual activities for a routine, leaving her “nervous and disgusted.”

According to the lawsuit, Jane’s brother, John Doe, was featured in a 2014 film titled “Through A Pedophile’s Eyes” that depicted Spears “lusting over the 7-year-old youngster and abusing him throughout the movie,” as reported by Insider. According to the lawsuit, Haddish was present throughout the sketch’s filming.

The woman stressed the mental health effects of the experience.

Haddish broke her silence over the allegations in an Instagram post on Monday, telling her fans, “There is very little I can say at this time.”

Haddish stated, “Clearly, despite the fact that this sketch was intended to be humorous, it was not funny at all, and I regret having agreed to participate in it.” “As soon as I can, I look forward to sharing a great deal more about this circumstance.”

Haddish’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, told Insider that the plaintiff’s mother has been “trying to raise these fraudulent accusations against Ms. Haddish” for years. Spears’ attorney told PEOPLE that his client “won’t fall for any shakedown.”

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office did not react promptly to an inquiry from Insider.
