On Tuesday, August 31, 2022, a 22-year-old woman filed a civil action in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of herself and her younger brother. The lady accuses the well-known comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of sexually abusing them as children.
If you believe Tiffany Haddish cannot be guilty of CSA because she is a woman, you are likely the same kind of person who believes it’s OK for adolescent guys to lose their virginity to mature women. Being a woman does not prevent one from engaging in sexual predation.

HOW THE COMEDIANS ARE ALLEGED TO HAVE ABUSED CHILDREN
According to NPR and TMZ, the complaint says that Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears manipulated the children into shooting sexually filthy child pornographic skits.
The children disclose that their mother introduced them to the actress and Spears, and they identify Haddish as a “longtime family friend.”
The complaint alleges that Haddish and Spears exploited and stole the youth of a 7-year-old and a 14-year-old child.
The complaint describes two claimed episodes of sexual abuse of adolescents, both of which occurred in Los Angeles.
The complaint claims Hollywood celebrities of forcing her to imitate fellatio for a 2013 video. The complaint also claims that John Doe was forced to engage in a sexually provocative movie in his underpants and that both Haddish and Spears appeared in the 2014 film.
The allegedly captioned “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” video depicting the assault appeared on the comedy video website Funny Or Die and elsewhere on the online.
“Funny Or Die found this video to be utterly revolting and would never make such material,” a spokeswoman for the firm told NPR in a statement. “We had no role in the conception, creation, financing, or production of this video. It was published to the website as user-generated material in 2018 and deleted as soon as its presence was discovered.

‘MS HADDISH WOULD NOT BE SHAKEN DOWN’
In a statement shared with NPR, Haddish’s attorney Andrew Brettler refuted allegations against his client, calling them “bogus.”
Her attorney also informed the magazine that the children’s mother had been attempting to tarnish Haddish’s image for many years.
“Every attorney who first took on her case, and there were many, quit the issue after it became evident that the allegations were without substance and Ms. Haddish would not be intimidated. Now, [she] is represented by her adult daughter in this litigation. Together, they will suffer the repercussions of pursuing this frivolous case.”
Debra Opri, Spears’ attorney, told NPR:

Since reading her book, I’ve criticized Tiffany Haddish. She made fun of handicapped people and was repulsed by the idea of dating one of us. There was no commotion since the majority of people share the same opinion.

I do not believe that this lawsuit alleging child sex abuse will terminate Tiffany Haddish’s career. Black sexual assault victims are seen as less trustworthy and unreliable witnesses in court. It’s unfortunate that Tiffany Haddish was abused in the foster care system. She must have known better.
